Search, Discover & Map

OCTNE has three discovery surfaces: Search (intent-driven), Explore (algorithmic), and the Map (geographic).

Search

Tap the search bar (or visit /search) and start typing. Tabs filter results to For You, Users, Posts, Hashtags, Clubs, Shops, Channels, Tracks, and Rides. Recent searches are stored locally in your browser (the last ten) and can be cleared at any time.

Explore

/explore is a masonry feed of trending posts mixed with builders OCTNE thinks you'll want to follow. It's the place to find content from outside your current follow graph. Trending is recalculated frequently based on engagement velocity.

Hashtag pages

Every hashtag has a dedicated page at /discover?tag=hashtag showing every public post that uses it. Tapping a hashtag in any caption takes you there.

Map

/map plots events, car meets, tracks, shops, and cruise routes on an interactive map. Filter by pin type to focus on one category. Tap any pin to see details and RSVP without leaving the map.
