Returns Policy

The Returns Policy at /returns covers shop purchases — the window to return or exchange, who pays for return shipping, and how refunds are issued. Marketplace and dealer transactions are outside this policy and follow the seller's posted terms.

Reporting copyright or trademark issues

To report content that infringes your copyright or trademark, email legal@octne.com with proof of ownership and the specific URL(s) at issue. We follow a notice-and-takedown process consistent with applicable law.
